Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 11, 2026
1. Scope and who we are
Terra Tech Holdings Incorporated, a Delaware corporation, operates Terratek Labs and terrateklabs.ai (the “Website”). In this Privacy Policy, “Terratek Labs,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Terra Tech Holdings Incorporated.
Our address is 1111 Southwest 1st Avenue, PH216, Miami, FL 33130, United States. Our privacy contact is joaquin@terrateklabs.ai.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the public Website and business inquiries submitted through its contact form or our published contact email. It does not govern Amauta, private demonstrations, pilots, APIs, dashboards, bots, customer environments, datasets, or other restricted products or services. Those activities require separate written arrangements and, where appropriate, a separate privacy notice.
The Website is intended for organizations and adult professionals in the United States. It is not directed to children under 13.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you use the contact form, we collect:
- name;
- email address;
- organization, if provided;
- role, if provided; and
- message.
Name, email address, and message are required to submit the form. Organization and role are optional. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information contained in your message, signature, and attachments.
Please provide only ordinary business contact information and a general description of your inquiry. Do not submit passwords, government identifiers, financial-account information, health information, precise geolocation, information about children, personal information about other people, confidential datasets, trade secrets, or other sensitive information through the public contact channels.
We do not send an automatic copy of a submitted inquiry back to the visitor.
Information collected automatically
When a browser connects to the Website, our hosting and technical service providers may automatically process information needed to deliver, maintain, diagnose, and protect the Website. This information may include:
- IP address;
- browser, device, and operating-system information;
- requested pages and referring page;
- date, time, and approximate request location derived from the IP address; and
- security, diagnostic, and error information.
The Website is a Blazor Server application hosted on Microsoft Azure. A page load has been observed to set a technical anti-forgery cookie (HttpOnly, SameSite=strict). Additional technical cookies or similar storage may appear when the interactive session connects. Those technologies are used to operate the Website. This is not a complete inventory of every cookie name, and it is not based on the mere presence of the framework. We do not use the public contact form to collect payment information or create a customer account.
3. How we use information
We use Website and inquiry information to:
- respond to the inquiry and communicate about the matter requested;
- evaluate whether a conversation, presentation, demonstration, pilot, or potential business relationship may be appropriate;
- operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the Website and contact channels;
- detect and prevent spam, fraud, misuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
- maintain reasonable business and compliance records;
- comply with applicable law and valid legal process; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal rights and claims.
Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to promotional marketing. We do not use information submitted through the public inquiry channels to train AI models. If we later offer an optional marketing subscription or propose a materially different use, we will provide the applicable choice or notice first.
4. Cookies, similar technologies, and browser signals
The Website and its infrastructure may use technologies necessary to deliver pages, maintain security, balance traffic, remember technical settings, and diagnose errors. Our hosting, domain, and security providers may receive technical request information when your browser requests a page or resource.
We do not use personal information collected through the Website for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about a visitor’s online activities over time and across unrelated websites through this Website, whether for advertising, analytics, or another independent purpose. Providers that deliver Website resources may receive individual technical requests as described above, but we do not authorize them to build cross-site profiles from those requests for their own purposes.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no uniform standard governing that signal, and we do not treat a DNT header as a specific instruction. Some laws recognize opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. This Website does not currently implement a dedicated handler for those signals. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there may be no applicable sale or targeted-advertising processing to opt out of. If we later process information in a way that requires recognition of such a signal, we will implement that recognition before doing so.
If our use of cookies, analytics, or advertising technologies changes materially, we will update this Policy and implement any choices required by applicable law before using those technologies.
5. When we disclose information
We may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to the following categories of recipients:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers. We use Microsoft Azure to host and operate the Website and related infrastructure. The current production region for this Website is Brazil South.
- Inquiry-delivery provider. The deployed Website does not have separate SMTP credentials configured. When you submit the public contact form, the application transmits the inquiry through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) so that it can be delivered to our Google Workspace mailbox. FormSubmit therefore receives the name, email address, organization, role, and message. Configuring SMTP later would not, by itself, eliminate every intermediary; any actual sending provider must be identified and reflected here before this description is changed.
- Business email provider. We use Google Workspace to receive, store, and manage emails and contact-form inquiries after delivery.
- Domain and technical providers. Squarespace provides the Website’s domain-registration services. DNS, security, or other technical providers may process limited request or message information when necessary to provide their services.
- Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, and other advisers may receive information when reasonably necessary for their work and subject to appropriate duties.
- Authorities and transaction participants. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or evaluate or complete a corporate financing, reorganization, acquisition, or similar transaction subject to appropriate protections.
Within Terratek Labs, access to public Website inquiries is limited to Joaquín in the United States. We require service providers to process information for the services they provide and subject to their applicable contractual obligations.
6. No sale or targeted-advertising sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or process it for targeted advertising. We do not provide contact-form information to data brokers.
7. Retention
The Website does not keep its own inquiry database. After FormSubmit delivers a submission, the inquiry resides in our Google Workspace mailbox. FormSubmit may also process or retain the submission according to its own service terms while delivering the message.
We have not implemented an automated 24-month deletion schedule for mailbox inquiries, and we have not configured a separate company-wide 90-day purge for application logs. Those periods were proposed drafting targets, not verified operating settings.
We retain inquiry email in the ordinary course of business until it is no longer reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a possible relationship, keep a business record, comply with law, prevent abuse, or establish or defend legal claims. You may request deletion as described in section 10.
Routine technical logs generated by Azure and the application follow the hosting platform’s default operational cycles. Providers may retain backup, security, and service records according to their documented cycles and legal obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete it, ask the relevant provider to delete it, or allow it to age out through that provider’s retention cycle.
8. Processing locations
Terratek Labs operates from the United States. Microsoft Azure currently hosts this Website in Brazil South. Google, FormSubmit, Squarespace, and other providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they or their service providers operate. Those locations may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live. We do not represent that all Website information is stored exclusively in the United States.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the personal information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not use the public inquiry channels to transmit sensitive or confidential information.
10. Your choices and state privacy rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided, or to ask a question about our processing. Depending on your state of residence and the law applicable to our processing, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, receive additional information, opt out of certain processing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, use an authorized agent, appeal a decision, or receive equal service when exercising a privacy right.
Submit requests to joaquin@terrateklabs.ai. Describe the request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, residence, or authority to act for another person. We will use verification information only for that purpose and respond within the period required by applicable law.
We do not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right granted by applicable law. Where applicable law provides a right to appeal our decision, you may initiate an appeal by emailing joaquin@terrateklabs.ai with the subject line “Privacy Appeal” and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will explain the result and provide information about any further complaint process required by that law.
California residents may also request information about certain disclosures of personal information for third parties’ direct-marketing purposes under California Civil Code section 1798.83, to the extent that law applies. We do not disclose contact-form information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.
11. Children
The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information, contact us so that we can review and delete it as appropriate.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Website, our practices, or applicable requirements. We will post the updated Policy on this page and change the effective date above. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent before applying the change as required.
