Website Terms of Use
Effective date: September 11, 2026
1. Operator and scope
The public website at terrateklabs.ai (the “Website”) is operated by Terra Tech Holdings Incorporated, a Delaware corporation, under the Terratek Labs name (“Terratek Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our principal executive office is 1111 Southwest 1st Avenue, PH216, Miami, FL 33130, United States.
These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to the Website and its public content. They do not grant access to, or establish commercial terms for, Amauta or any other Terratek Labs product, software, application programming interface, model, dashboard, bot, demonstration, pilot, or restricted service.
2. United States audience
The Website is intended for organizations and adult professionals located in the United States. Terratek Labs does not offer products or services through this Website outside the United States. Accessing the Website from another jurisdiction does not represent an offer by Terratek Labs to provide products or services there.
The Website is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not submit information through the Website.
3. Public Website and restricted services
Public pages may be viewed without purchasing a service. The Website does not provide online checkout, self-service enrollment, or public product access. Visiting the Website or sending an inquiry does not create a service agreement, professional advisory relationship, partnership, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, or obligation to provide a demonstration, pilot, product, or service.
No customer, prospective customer, or person acting for them may access or use any non-public Terratek Labs software, API, model, dashboard, bot, interactive demonstration, pilot, customer environment, or restricted system unless:
- Terratek Labs and the relevant customer have executed a separate written agreement authorizing that access; and
- Terratek Labs has expressly authorized the individual user’s access.
Possession of a link, invitation, or credentials does not by itself grant a license or authorization. A confidentiality agreement does not grant product access unless it expressly says otherwise. A presentation controlled by our team that does not provide the prospective customer with functional access is not product access.
The applicable written agreement will govern service scope, fees, permitted users, data responsibilities, support, security, geographic availability, and other commercial terms. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms in relation to a contracted service, the signed agreement controls.
4. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may view the public pages, share links to them, and download materials that the Website expressly makes available for download for your own informational or internal business use. You must retain copyright, trademark, and other ownership notices.
Website text, graphics, photographs, designs, software, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Terratek Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited permission above and uses permitted by law, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or publicly display protected Website materials without permission.
No license to any product, API, model, source code, patent, trademark, proprietary method, or other technology is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. You may not use the Terratek Labs name, the Terratek wordmark, the plant logo, or other branding in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written authorization. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- access a private system, restricted resource, or another person’s information without authorization;
- bypass authentication, rate limits, or other access or security controls;
- probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without prior written authorization;
- introduce malware or code intended to disrupt, damage, monitor, or obtain unauthorized access;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- use automated means to extract Website content in a manner that burdens the Website or violates applicable law; or
- interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Website.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security incidents, legal requirements, or maintenance. Restrictions involving a contracted service remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.
6. Agricultural and AI-related information
Public descriptions, illustrations, and sample analyses explain our technology. They are not a site-specific agricultural assessment, agronomic prescription, financial recommendation, or personalized operational advice. We will identify illustrative examples and simulations as such where they appear. They may or may not reflect actual conditions or results.
AI-generated information may contain errors, incomplete information, or outputs that are unsuitable for a particular location or purpose. Do not rely on public Website content as the sole basis for decisions concerning crops, irrigation, inputs, equipment, finances, safety, compliance, or other operations requiring current local information and qualified professional judgment.
Nothing in this section limits obligations imposed by law or commitments made in a signed agreement or legally binding representation.
7. Inquiries and privacy
Limit initial inquiries to business contact information and a general description of what you would like to discuss. Do not submit passwords, account credentials, government identifiers, financial-account information, health information, precise geolocation, information about children, records concerning other individuals, confidential datasets, trade secrets, or sensitive operational information through the public contact form or published email address.
An inquiry does not create a confidentiality agreement. If information requires confidential treatment, contact us first so that appropriate documentation and a suitable transfer method can be arranged.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process Website and inquiry information. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to promotional marketing and does not authorize unrelated processing or use of information to train AI models.
8. Third-party resources
Third-party websites and resources are operated by their respective providers. A link or reference does not by itself mean that Terratek Labs endorses the provider or controls its content, security, availability, or privacy practices. Review the third party’s terms and privacy information before using its services.
9. Website availability and disclaimers
We may update or remove public content and may interrupt access for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. We do not promise that every described or planned feature will become available. We will identify planned capabilities as planned where they appear and distinguish them from capabilities that are currently available.
The public Website is provided for general informational purposes. Terratek Labs does not promise that it will always be available, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular agricultural, operational, financial, or commercial decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability, remedies, or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, our practices, or applicable requirements. We will identify the current version by the effective date above. Posting revised Website Terms does not amend a separately signed agreement.
